At Google, Mariana founded and led two innovation teams focused on accelerating the business pipeline through tangible solutions, establishing innovation as a direct driver for growth.
Her career is defined by a practical outlook on technology: not as an end in itself, but as a tool for solving real challenges, creating economic impact and building sustainable models.
Mariana currently holds a strategic role at Alastria for ISBE, a company of major relevance in Spain’s blockchain ecosystem, focused on developing and positioning next-generation digital infrastructure for businesses, startups and public administrations.
Her work centers on the intersection of technology, regulation, and business, with particular focus on translating complex technologies into accessible, useful and scalable solutions.
Alongside her corporate career, Mariana has built a strong track record as a mentor and agent of change in the entrepreneurial and tech ecosystem.
She has supported more than 150 women in their professional development and more than 70 startups in their growth, partnering with organizations such as Latinas in Tech, Women in Tech, SeedRocket, Tetuan Valley, Endeavor, Fundación Tomillo and The Bridge, among others.
